101 Pale Ale
Dry hopped. Light. Citrusy. If there was ever a beer you could drink for days on end, this would be it.
Untitled#1. How creative. The fact is, this saison just caught us off guard. We were too busy tasting it and admiring it to remember to give it a decent name. Sorry. Highly carbonated, fruity and dry, this belgian bastard goes well with anything.
Some people have wit. Some don't. Here's a witbeer to remember. Miss Reykjavik had one in 89. She works in a bank these days. Still remembers it.
Valiant was first and foremost known for his slick black haircut. This Pils is known for being super blond and super light and refreshing. Slick, yes.
What do Roses from Turkey have to do with an icelandic stout?, you may ask. Taste this pitch black wonder and you'll understand. While roses may look great in an odd numbered bouquet for the love of your life, they taste great here.
After Hours Amber Ale
If you had to be a bird you'd want to be an Eagle. If you had to be a beer you'd want to be the AHAA. What better role than to be the designated beer after a long hard day at work or leisure? A confidante indeed. With a beautifully amber hue, rich malty body with a tingle of caramel and nougat, this one will make you forget what happened before hours.
This is what do you get when you introduce a dozen cinnamon rolls to a Russian Imperial Stout. Dark, handsome and sophisticated with an intensely complex flavor profile. One may find notes of coffee, chocolate, cinnamon and liquorice intertwined in a delicate balance.
