REYKJAVIK BEER QUEST

The perfect end to a day in Iceland

After a day of glaciers, waterfalls, lava fields and black sand beaches, end the evening with something truly local: a guided Icelandic beer experience inside RVK Brewing Co. in Reykjavík.

Hosted at Tónabíó, our historic cinema-turned-brewery, this is a relaxed and memorable way to discover Iceland through its beer, its brewing history and the people behind it.

“Rated among the top breweries in Iceland by Untappd users worldwide.”

Bigly selection of cans for take away.

A proper beer storyteller

Your guide is Höskuldur Sæmundsson — actor, beer expert, storyteller and former co-host of Bruggvarpið, Iceland’s beloved beer and brewing podcast.

Höskuldur knows the history of beer in Iceland, the story of RVK Brewing, every major beer style and the full brewing process from malt to glass. As a trained actor, he brings it all to life with warmth, humour and a voice made for the room.

No script. No gimmicks. Just great beer, great stories and a guide who knows his craft.

Ideal for tour operators

The RVK Brewery Experience is designed to fit naturally at the end of a day tour from Reykjavík.

It works especially well for guests returning from the Golden Circle, South Coast, Reykjanes, whale watching, northern lights tours or private excursions.

It gives travellers a warm, local and memorable final stop before dinner — and a reason to spend the evening with us at RVK.

Enjoy some very fresh brews straight from the fermentation tanks at our pilot brewery.
